What is Zaa?
|
| Zaa simply means Zone of Advanced Achievement. We're a new training and corporate consultancy company, offering training programmes in new patterns of high performance for personal and corporate applications. |
|
| |
| Who participates in Zaa courses? |
| Our programmes attract high achievers, individuals from many different professions and backgrounds. People who want to get to the next level, know that they are capable of excellence, and need some new tools and resources to get there. |
| |
| What are the benefits of participation? |
back to top |
| It's a long list, ultimately different for everyone. But whoever you are, on a Zaa luxury retreat break you'll learn some brilliant things that you can actually use and get results straight away. You'll get to meet like-minded high achievers and have real quality time for leisure, spa or general recharging activities. So in the short term you'll have a great and unique break, but you're also very likely to have a genuinely life-changing experience. |
| |
| What is so unique about Zaa and its techniques? |
back to top |
Zaa techniques are all about process, rather than content, such as solving a specific problem or conquering a particular challenge. What this means to our clients is that they can work on achieving high performance in any aspect of life. This means even confidential commercial issues, or highly sensitive personal ones, can be addressed without either the trainer or the rest of the group being privy to that information.
As well as this, we're confident that our locations and facilties are first class, making the whole Zaa experience totally unique. |
| |
| How do I know if Zaa is for me? |
| If you're looking for a luxury retreat break and want to learn something new, we think you'll be impressed. Our intention is to make this a very special experience. We work very closely with our service providers and in particular the hotel to make sure that your time with us is more than memorable. We also plan a few surprises in each programme. Essentially, if you fit the profile of the high achiever striving for excellence, and want a break which serves several immensely beneficial purposes in a surprisingly short time, you'll find Zaa is just what you need. |
| |
| Is this just another self-help seminar? |
back to top |
| Absolutely not. We emphatically set ourselves apart from the self-help sector in all senses. We're not looking to create course junkies who spend their lives attending course after course, and we don't operate courses just to make money out of marketing distinctions and different certificates. We work very hard to make sure your experience with us is memorable and that you get good value for money. Although the Zaa tools can have a profound affect on your life as a whole, we are very much about high performance – there isn't any soul-baring, but nor is there any tedious rehashing of the same old models. We take a different approach, just like our guests do. |
| |
| What is the link between Zaa and NLP? |
back to top |
The patterns presented within Zaa programmes have been created by Dr John Grinder. John is the co-creator of the legendary Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP was originally created in the early 1970s, and quickly spread as a revolution in thinking. Unfortunately, NLP was never formally regulated, so the quality of the books, trainings, and videos vary very widely. Anybody can promote NLP courses, and as a quick Google will show you, they do so in the hundreds.
If you've attended a NLP course in the past, you will find our tools far less complicated to use. The brand new Zaa tools are more powerful and easier to apply to all contexts. So if you like the sound of it but are wary of finding a reputable NLP course, call us for the genuine alternative. |

| How can I contact Zaa? |
| We know from our own experience the frustration of filling in the contact form and never hearing back. This isn't how we work. We'll get back to you within 24 hours, every time. Full stop. We also like speaking directly to our customers and potential clients, so do give us a call on +44 (0)207 060 3310, or send us a email [link to enquiry form] and we'll call when it's best for you. |
| |
| How do I make a reservation? |

| |
| What are the costs and payment options? |
back to top |
Costs vary for each of our offerings. You can view our list of course fees here.
If you wish you can pay for the course in four monthly instalments. All we ask is that the course is paid for in full prior to you leaving the UK . You can pay on our secure PayPal system, or if you're a company we can send you a invoice, and you can send us a cheque or arrange a bank transfer. We are a VAT registered company and therefore VAT is charged at the prevailing rate at time of invoice (currently 17.5%).
For more information on our costs please see our costs page. |
| |
| What is your cancellation policy? |
| Please read our terms and conditions to make sure you're well aware of the terms and conditions that we operate. We know it's a bore, but it just makes sure we have a professional agreement in place that protects us both. |
| |
| Where are the courses held? |
| The majority of our courses in 2007 will be held at luxury resorts in Portugal and Spain.
We're also holding our special Zaa Golf course at the 4-star Hotel Jagdhof resort in Germany, in the famous Black Forest, with our partners GC Bayerwald.
We're planning to expand our brand to new locations, so we're always on the lookout for potential partnership arrangements – see here for more. The Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort is our primary location for our 2007 programme – read more about this spectacular resort here. You can also find out more about our newest location, the Jagdhof resort, here. |
| |
| How do I get to Vila Sol in Portugal? |
back to top |
| The hotel resort is about 15 minutes drive from Faro International airport. Faro is an exceptionally well-serviced airport with many low-cost carriers operating a daily service from the UK . Those travelling from further afield could also consider flights to Seville in Spain or Lisbon in Portugal and then arrange further transportation to the hotel. We'll always do our best to help you out, however, so please contact us on +44 (0)207 060 3310. |
| |
| How do I get to the Jagdhof resort in Germany? |
back to top |
The resort is 200km from Munich Airport – the best way to get yourself there is by car (as airport transfer is not included in the course price). The Munich Airport site has all the information you need. If you need more help, remember we're available – call us on the number above. |
| |
| What is included? |
| It's a comprehensive package that includes all training materials, hotel accommodation, meals and some leisure activities. The main thing that's not included is your transport (usually by air) to the hotel, although we do provide transportation between Faro International airport and Vila Sol, our primary resort for 2007.
Please do note that flights to Munich for the Jagdhof resort and travel to the resort itself are both not included.
Have a good look through our website for full details of what's included
and what's not – we want things to run smoothly, and always do our best to make sure you're not in for any nasty surprises. |
| |
| Are there special rates for couples? |
| We offer a discount of 40% off the package price for those interested in bringing their partner with them. This rate includes accommodation in a double room, and we include a few little touches that your partner will enjoy whilst you're busy learning new things on the training programme. Please contact us for further details. If you've got something specific in mind, please drop us a line. |
| |
| What sort of people attend? |
| We aim to attract individuals from all walks of life. But specifically, if you're a professional, a high–achiever, an entrepreneur or a rising star, interested in learning new things and meeting like–minded people, we think you'll love what we offer.and who knows who you could meet? |
| |
| What is 'Zaa In-Crowd'? |
We understand that for many of our clients our programme offers the opportunity to recharge and refuel, as well as creating powerful change and the possibility of future explorations into new uncharted waters – so we figure, why stop there? Staying in touch is the perfect way to maximise the benefits of the course, and so we're creating a special club for all our guests to join. Our In-Crowd programme is designed to ensure you keep in contact with your fellow adventurers, and have the opportunity to create genuine friendships, connections and collaborations. We are now planning our online community that will provide a great platform for discussion, help and coaching within the group. Plus, it'll provide the opportunity to network with others who have attended the same programme but on another date or location. We're really excited at the prospect of forming a genuine online community for high achievers in the future.
The Zaa In-Crowd service also helps us to stay in contact with you. We intend to organise ongoing events and meetings for our clients to swap new ideas, and learn more new things that make the difference between average performance and pure genius. |
| |
| Are there any licencing opportunities? |
back to top |
| We're intending to licence our brand in the near future, and enable certified Zaa trainers to have access to our bespoke training and delivery methods. If you're interested in talking with us in strict confidence before our offical licencing launch, please free to email us. |
