What does it take to achieve Zaa certification? The certification we offer on our courses is designed to show that you've demonstrated not only technical competence in being able to describe the tools, but the crucial ability to go out and use them, employing the highest possible level of quality and ethics. That doesn't mean just during the course, but when you go back to your busy life and get back to fielding the curveballs. Applying what you've learnt to real situations, and getting real results. You'll certainly know them when you see them.
Initially you'll presented with our provisional certificate, meaning we're happy for you to go out on the road with your L plates. Then there's the telephone and email clean-up sessions, where we'll have the opportunity to discuss the differences you've found and the success you've had. We'll continue to work with you in honing your new skills until you're fully competent in the Zaa processes.
Once you've seen the results you wanted and can celebrate your success – we may ask you to show us what you've achieved so that we can see it for ourselves – congratulations will be in order with the arrival of your full certification. As a Zaa guest, you're up there with the elite in high achievers, and what you'll receive is the prestigious Zaacorp Certification. Clear a space on the wall. The L-plates can go in the bin, and you can go – well, wherever you want to go with your new high-performance skill set.

*only available to guests attending Zaa courses in Portugal; subject to weather and other conditions that may be out of our control.
