Dr. John Grinder |
 |
Dr. John Grinder, a Ph.D in linguistics, co-created a new set of tools for human change in the early 1970s, known as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This is now widely regarded as the leading methodology in the study of human excellence, thinking and behaviour patterns. Over the past thirty years his work has influenced leadership, organisational development, coaching, sales, education and personal development. His incessant quest for better ways for people to better themselves has led him to develop the techniques of New Code, the exciting new strain of NLP on which Zaa's programmes are built.
Dr. Grinder continues to inspire though his work, having written 14 books on the power of human potential. Dr. Grinder's research deals with the identification of individual and collective behaviour, and thinking patterns within organisations. His experience in identifying these patterns allows him to create powerful, specific intervention programmes across corporations. He lives in California and is a keen ice and rock climber, african drummer and aircraft pilot.
